Combines high-speed and high-precision acquisition
- 14 bit option: Real-time sampling up to 500 MS/s interleaved or 250 MS/s non-interleaved
- 16 bit option: Real-time sampling up to 400 MS/s interleaved or 200 MS/s non-interleaved
- Equivalent sampling up to 50 GS/s (14 bit) or 40 GS/s (16 bit)
On-board memory up to 16 MS record length
Programmable signal conditioning including impedance, range, coupling, offset, and attenuation
Embedded signal processing for vertical, horizontal and frequency-domain measurements
Two calculation channels for waveform math, digital filtering, FFTs, and more
Four non-volatile reference channels for storing and comparing waveforms
Save and recall configuration data from non-volatile memory
Multiple acquisition modes such as average, envelope, and equivalent-time
Advanced triggering modes such as pattern/state, video, and pulse width
Timing and triggering capabilities allowing multiple board synchronization
