- 16 bit option: Real-time sampling up to 400 MS/s interleaved or 200 MS/s non-interleaved
- Equivalent sampling up to 50 GS/s (14 bit) or 40 GS/s (16 bit)
- On-board memory up to 16 MS record length
- Programmable signal conditioning including impedance, range, coupling, offset, and attenuation
- Embedded signal processing for vertical, horizontal and frequency-domain measurements
- Two calculation channels for waveform math, digital filtering, FFTs, and more
- Four non-volatile reference channels for storing and comparing waveforms
- Save and recall configuration data from non-volatile memory
- Multiple acquisition modes such as average, envelope, and equivalent-time
- Advanced triggering modes such as pattern/state, video, and pulse width
- Timing and triggering capabilities allowing multiple board synchronization
